Creating high quality content that captivates, inspires, and excites viewers is something that takes a combination of natural talent and extensive experience. Working on a variety of shoots, experimenting with different tools has allowed me to find how each shot may affect a viewer's perspective of a story line. My knowledge of the equipment and hardware available to construct a picture combined with creative resourcefulness to create a cinematic expieriance for the viewer is one of my best strengths. In addition to all I have learned at NYiT I have worked as a freelancer to gain valuable hands on experience in creating each step of a story's construction from pre-production to the detailed process of editing a story together. An understanding of the range of software available to bring together a picture is how an editor is able to bring a story to life. I have focused primarily on the editing programs Premiere Pro and the Adobe Suite with programs like After Effects, Photoshop, Audition and Muse. An in depth understanding of these tools has helped me to teach other students these programs as a Teaching Assistant in Editing and Filmmaking classes. I have extensive experience using the Sony Fs-700, which I use as my primary camera, and Red Scarlet and Phantom Slow motion Cameras. I have also worked on a variety of student films and corporate productions. I am eager to work, motivated to learn more, and hope to demonstrate what strengths I can bring to your team.

Worked with BMS Studios to create videos for public awareness and public relations advertising. I worked with a production team and was able to learn more about being on set. By being on set I was able to be immersed into the atmosphere of a professional video production. The things I learned from working with the people at BMS helped me to improve the quality and efficiency of my own freelance productions.
